Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that promotes relaxation, the release of tension, and overall well-being.
This approach is based on a period of listening and deep relaxation, allowing the individual to regain a state of physical and emotional calm.
Reiki is often used as a complementary support during periods of stress, tiredness, emotional overload, or life transitions.
During sessions, I guide the individual into a calm and compassionate space conducive to centering and relaxation.
Sessions can take place in person or remotely. In the latter case, it is recommended to settle into a quiet and comfortable place to foster a moment of relaxation and inner openness.
After a session, many people experience:
a release of tension,
a sense of calm,
improved sleep quality,
or emotional centering.
It is recommended to stay well-hydrated after the session and to allow yourself some rest time if needed.
